The North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission (North Central) is conducting a survey for the purpose of identifying critical gaps in the region’s transportation system, especially those related to transportation access issues for low income individuals, seniors, and people with disabilities.
The survey, developed in cooperation with a local Steering Committee, will help identify gaps in public transportation services and result in priority projects and recommendations to improve access to transportation in the region. In order to efficiently gather public transportation needs, potential target strategies, implementation objectives, and coordination opportunities, this Survey is extremely important to us. If you could take a few minutes out of your day to complete and submit your survey responses, it would be greatly appreciated.
