If so, we need YOU!
A “Working Board” generally means board directors are VERY ACTIVE and DIRECTLY participate in the planning, goal setting, conduct of work, fundraising, participation in activities, and producing the successful outcomes of the organization.
If you are a Punxsutawney Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc. Member and have interest to serve a three-year term on the Chamber Board of Directors, please reply to the email chamber@punxsutawney.com with:
- Your contact information
- A brief statement regarding how you will contribute to the Chamber’s success
- Your involvement with other groups/organizations
The Board typically meets the second Thursday of each month at 7:45 a.m. for approximately one hour. Board Directors also serve on standing and ad-hoc committees which typically meet at least one each month.
