The Penn Highlands Community Nurses will be hosting mass butterfly releases in honor and remembrance of our loved ones.
The butterfly is the symbol of hope, new life and resurrection. Please join Penn Highlands Community Nurses Hospice staff and volunteers for a day of remembrance, fellowship and music:

The program will include inspirational music, a brief program of inspirational readings, the reading of loved ones names and then followed by a mass butterfly release.
Enclosed are Butterfly Registration Forms to reserve butterflies in honor and remembrance of loved ones, for a cost of $15.00 each. All proceeds from this event will be utilized for Penn Highlands Community Nurses Hospice Patients. Please make checks payable to Penn Highlands Community Nurses Hospice. There will also be butterflies available for purchase on the day of the event. This event is open to the public.
